Time's Remorse - Post Jam Update

With the Bullet Hell jam over, a few changes and fixes to tie up feedback.

-Fixed lag build-up caused in result by the improper handling and deletion of the player's hurtbox when spamming 'bullet time'.

-Slight balance pass on boons and improved boon/curse descriptions.

-Adjusted wave spawning: enemies now quickly spawn one at a time with spawn speed based on enemy type instead of immediately in groups.
